Shipping rates

Postma and Postma has been affiliated as a parcel shop with GLS for years. This means that you can send packages easily and cheaply. The GLS parcel shop formula is the cheapest way to get your package from A to B for both business and private senders.

The costs of sending a package with GLS depend on its dimensions. To determine the dimensions, the longest and shortest sides of the package are measured and added together. This determines whether the package is S, M or L. Sending a small package (longest + shortest side <50 cm) costs €6.25 including VAT.

Cheaper than PostNL

With a little comparison it can quickly be calculated that both private and business senders via GLS are much cheaper than via the competitor.

Parcel shipping, including VAT, often costs only €6.25 including VAT. For private senders this is of course considerably cheaper than via PostNL, for example, but for business senders it makes a big difference.

A small package costs €6.25 including VAT as described, which amounts to only €5.17 excluding VAT. This is up to 40% cheaper than shipping via the competition.

Business opportunities

Several shops and companies in the city center already use our parcel service. We offer various options for daily shipping of packages. For example, package labels can be issued so that you can prepare all packages before dropping them off.

We also offer options for a monthly invoice for parcel shipments; no messing around with separate receipts, but everything on a clear invoice once a month. Please feel free to ask about the options at the counter.

Received

When an order is placed and that order is shipped with GLS, you can choose to have the order delivered to us. You can then pick up the package at a time that suits you with your ID.

Would you like to know whether your package has already arrived? Then check the Track and Trace that you have received from your supplier, so you can quickly see whether the package is already with us.

Your package will remain in our cupboard for at least one week. If you do not collect the package, it will be returned to the sender after some time.
