Shopping in Corona time

As you may have read in our previous blog, we have not yet been closed for a day. Part of our range falls under essential stores. In this blog we would like to tell you more about when you do or do not need to make an appointment.

When do I not need to make an appointment?

According to the government's website, there are a number of exceptions to the general store closure (source: Rijksoverheid.nl, 03/2021 ). You are therefore welcome without an appointment:

• as a business customer, business-to-business sales and services are permitted as usual;
• for collecting and sending packages, we are GLS-Pakketshop.
• for repair work on locks and the like;
• for picking up and delivering grinding work;
• for making keys;

When should I make an appointment?

Well, actually just for everything that is not in the list above. According to the Corona rules, shopping by appointment and the collection of goods is now allowed. If you call in advance, you can buy or collect everything from us. With approximately 250 square meters of retail space, there is enough space to keep a distance of 1.5 meters and there is always a space available for you in the schedule. Do you want a box kit, a hinge or a chisel? Then give us a call and we will prepare it for you. Would you like to take a look around in peace, view the showroom or hold your new drill first? Then make an appointment to come shopping.

You can easily make an appointment by telephone or e-mail. If you indicate by e-mail when you want to come, we will confirm that it is okay or we will contact you if that is not convenient.

Working at customers' homes

Of course, our lock service does not stand still. Locks still break, people still break into and you will of course still want to have other hinges and locks installed in your new home. Our field service therefore continues to operate as usual. Our technicians are available five days a week and it is still possible to make quotes at home. Where necessary we wear a face mask, of course we keep a distance of 1.5 meters and wash our hands upon entry.
